Sekiu, which means, “calm waters” is located on the Strait of Juan de Fuca, making it a leisurely boating experience, with whale and dolphin sightings. These pristine waters are the layover point for the Big King, bountiful silvers, and pinks, making Sekiu known for its record setting salmon. Captain John, has fished these waters for 30 years, chartered them for 23, making him responsible for record setting catches of his own including bottom fish. His love affair with the sea goes below the surface as well. John has been diving these waters for 27 years.
